2. Booking & Payments

• All bookings must be confirmed with an advance payment as communicated during reservation.
• Final payment is required before the start of the trip unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices are subject to change based on seasonal variations and availability.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: 80% refund.
• Cancellations made 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: no refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 10 working days.

4. Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for carrying valid government ID, visas (if applicable), and permits for restricted areas in Ladakh. We assist with permits where required.

5. Health & Safety

• Guests are advised to consult a doctor before traveling to high-altitude areas.
• We are not liable for health issues or delays due to altitude sickness, weather, or road conditions.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

6. Liability

While Ladakh.co takes utmost care in providing safe and reliable services, we are not responsible for delays, accidents, loss of property, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

7. Changes to Itinerary

Ladakh.co reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, government regulations, or other unavoidable factors. Alternative arrangements will be made where possible.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
